Is my participant data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, the same standard used by banks. It's stored in Australia and never leaves the country. We never sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. Each worker can only see their own participants and notes. Clio is built around the Australian Privacy Principles and the NDIS Practice Standards.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with an email, use it for six months free. Add a card if and when you decide it's worth $12 a month.
What happens after the six months?
If you've added a card, $12/month, billed monthly, no commitment, cancel anytime. If you haven't, Clio reminds you. We'd rather you stop using us than feel tricked into a charge.
I'm on Mable / Hireup. Does this work for me?
Yes. You're exactly who Clio is for. The product is built for sole traders working independently, including platform workers. You generate the note in Clio, then copy and paste into the platform's case note field, or export as PDF and email it.
What devices does it work on?
Web browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. Add to home screen on iPhone or Android for app-like access. Native iOS and Android apps coming soon.
What if I only do a few shifts a week?
